Hello from Meagan & Devin!

HELLO! As simple as it sounds, we are indeed a couple of trainers. Yet, not just a couple of trainers — Devin is a seasoned movement specialist and Meagan is a former professional athlete. Together, we hope our knowledge, experiences and passion will both inspire and guide you to reach and maintain all your personal goals! Fitness is our lives – something we’ve lived and breathed since we could walk. Fitness individually gave us confidence and clarity, and is a big part of who we are today. The feeling it’s given us is something we desperately want others to experience.

We both live in Los Angeles and met here back in 2013 – little did we know prior that we grew up only ONE MILE away from each other in the small suburb of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. We went to rival high schools, and probably cheered against each others’ sports teams, but now we have come together as a unit hoping to do something fresh and exciting in the fitness realm! We want to offer variety, as we realize every client is different, with varying needs and motivation to achieve greatness. One might crave that individual attention from one-on-one training, one might need that fun team camaraderie and competition from field days, or simply one might need the company of their own home with online guidance. We want to offer everything to you, so you have options that cater to YOU and that get you to where you want to go. Not to mention, we like to have a little fun while doing so!

My approach is about more than just getting you “in shape.” It’s about empowering you with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and confidence to enhance your quality of life and overall well-being. I begin by assessing your body to get a better understanding of your strengths, and more importantly, your weaknesses. Then, by focusing on these weak-links, we not only expedite your results but create a foundation of overall stability that propels you to the next level without the fear of injury. A specific, sturdy understanding of how to quickly and safely get the results you seek is key to our success.

MEAGAN FULPS

I believe in a consistent balance of cardio and strength training (as well as always challenging your body with new movements), while also emphasizing the importance of listening to your body and resting as needed. My basketball career ended from an ACL tear, so I have firsthand experience dealing with major injuries. From that, I’m keen on form and injury prevention. I love to integrate team dynamics in my training – doing things together always makes me go harder and have way more fun!
